本项目通过对地源热泵地埋管换热器的热响应进行测试研究,得出地埋管换热器在制冷、制热工况下的传热性能。热响应测试实验包括散热测试和取热测试两种,分别模拟夏季的空调制冷工况和冬季的空调制热工况。冬、夏季工况均采用恒热流测试法,连续运行并建立实时测试数据库。在试验部分,为了保证试验中数据的精确性,对传感器进行校正与误差分析,使散热试验和取热试验一样。应用水平管与空气的传热计算模型,根据散热和取热中管内水流的流量和温度,就可以计算出水平管在各种工况下的平均散热和取热能力,从而可以得出地埋管换热器在制冷、制热工况下的传热性能。
本項目通過對地源熱泵地埋管換熱器的熱響應進行測試研究,得齣地埋管換熱器在製冷、製熱工況下的傳熱性能。熱響應測試實驗包括散熱測試和取熱測試兩種,分彆模擬夏季的空調製冷工況和鼕季的空調製熱工況。鼕、夏季工況均採用恆熱流測試法,連續運行併建立實時測試數據庫。在試驗部分,為瞭保證試驗中數據的精確性,對傳感器進行校正與誤差分析,使散熱試驗和取熱試驗一樣。應用水平管與空氣的傳熱計算模型,根據散熱和取熱中管內水流的流量和溫度,就可以計算齣水平管在各種工況下的平均散熱和取熱能力,從而可以得齣地埋管換熱器在製冷、製熱工況下的傳熱性能。

This project based on the thermal response of ground source heat pump ground heat exchanger for testing research, it is concluded that buried tube heat exchanger under the working condition of refrigeration, heating of the heat transfer performance. Thermal response test experiments including thermal test and heat removal test two kinds, respectively to simulate the summer air conditioning refrigeration condition of the air conditioning heating and winter conditions. In winter and summer conditions adopt constant heat flux testing method, continuous operation and real-time test database is established. In test section, in order to guarantee the precision of the experiment data, the sensor calibration and error analysis, the thermal test and heat removal test. Application of horizontal tube and air heat transfer calculation model, according to the heat and the heat pipe water flow rate and temperature, horizontal tube can be calculated under various conditions of average heat and the heat removal ability, in order to draw ground heat exchanger under the working condition of refrigeration, heating of the heat transfer performance.
