本文用新疆某地膨润土,研究与硫酸反应过程中Ca2+、Mg2+、K+、Na+、AI3+离子的变化,探索制备活性白土的工艺条件。实验得出膨润土酸活化工艺优化条件为:硫酸浓度15%~20%;酸化时间4~6h;酸化温度80~90℃。

본문용신강모지팽윤토,연구여류산반응과정중Ca2+、Mg2+、K+、Na+、AI3+리자적변화,탐색제비활성백토적공예조건。실험득출팽윤토산활화공예우화조건위:류산농도15%~20%;산화시간4~6h;산화온도80~90℃。
The bentonite used in this research was from somewhere, Xijiang Province. Changes of cations including Ca2+、Mg2+、K+、Na+and AI3+in bentonite during its reaction with H2SO4 were studied. Process conditions for preparation of activated clay were also explored. The optimal acid activation conditions derived from the experimental results are:H2SO4concentrations of 15%~20%wt, acid activation time of 4~6 h, and acid activation temperature of 80~90℃.
