目前长输管道投产置换过程仍存在较大盲目性,浪费人力和物力。采用FLUENT模拟软件对氮气置换过程中混气段进行数值模拟,在不同速度的情况下,对气体混合长度与管径、管长间关系进行研究,得出了在其他条件不变的情况下,气体混合长度分别随管径和管长的增大而增长的规律;管道弯头数量增多导致混气段长度增加,对于大于100000 m的管道,管道弯头数量对混气段长度影响可以忽略不计,管道长度越短时,弯头数量对混气长度影响越大,对日后现场投产置换带来了参考依据。

At present, there still exists blindness in the commissioning of the long distance pipelinenitrogen gas replacement process, which wastes manpower and material resources. In this paper, by using FLUENT simulation software, numerical simulation ofgas mixing in the nitrogen replacement process was carried out, the relationship between the gas mixing length with pipe diameter and length at different speed was studied. When other conditions were unchanged, change rule of the gas mixing length with increasing of the pipe diameter and pipe length was obtained: the gas mixing length increases with increasing of the pipe diameter and pipe length, the gas mixing length increases with increasing of pipe elbows; For more than 100 000 m pipe, effect of pipe elbow number on the mixing gas length can be neglected; And the shorter the pipeline length, the greater the elbow number impact on the length of mixed gas.
