为了提高永磁同步电机在负载突变时的鲁棒性和自适应性,通过结合模糊控制理论对系统PI控制参数进行优化。结合AD5435实时仿真系统与Matlab/Simulink构建半实物仿真平台,在此平台上搭建永磁同步电机矢量控制系统模型并进行模糊PI控制算法的验证。实验结果表明:无论是在系统上升时间、抗干扰能力还是系统跟随性能上,模糊PI控制算法较传统PI算法具有更好的表现;AD5435在很大程度上提高了模型仿真速度并体现了控制方法在实际应用中的控制效果。

In order to improve the permanent magnet synchronous motor's robustness and adaptability with sudden load change, the PI parameter in the control system is optimized based on the fuzzy control theory. Under the high performance real-time control simulation system AD5435 and Matlab/Simulink composed the simulation platform, on the simulation platform the PMSM vector control system model is built and verified the fuzzy PI control algorithm. The experimental results show that: both in the system response, anti disturbance ability or the performance of system following, the fuzzy PI control algorithm is better than traditional PI algorithm; AD5435 improved model simulation speed to a great extent and reflects the control effect of control method in practical application.
