利用CFD技术对新型旋流式鼓泡的流场进行了模拟,考察了不同入口气速为2,3,4,5 m/s对鼓泡塔内流场特性的影响,并对其速度云图,速度矢量图及液体体积分数图进行了分析。研究发现:当入口气速为4 m/s时,搅拌槽内的混合效果较好。

The experimental simulation of inner flow in the swirling bubbling reactor was carried out by CFD, effect of the inlet speed ( 2,3,4,5 m/s) on inner flow in the swirling bubbling reactor was investigated, and the velocity vector, the velocity contour and the water volume fraction contour were analyzed. The results show that the fluid mixed effect with 4 m/s is better.
