目的::分析细导管排气减压治疗慢性肺阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发气胸的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2012年7月~2014年7月在某院接受治疗的60例 COPD 并发气胸患者的临床资料。结果:插管减压24h 内,观察组患者患肺复张率为26.67%,对照组为20.0%(P >0.05);5d 内观察组患者患肺复张率显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者发生皮下水肿和引流失效比率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);对照组和观察组患者发生脱管的比率无显著差异(P >0.05)。结论:细导管的治疗效果不及标准引流管,仅适合闭合性气胸的治疗。

목적::분석세도관배기감압치료만성폐조새성폐질병(COPD)병발기흉적림상효과。방법:회고성분석2012년7월~2014년7월재모원접수치료적60례 COPD 병발기흉환자적림상자료。결과:삽관감압24h 내,관찰조환자환폐복장솔위26.67%,대조조위20.0%(P >0.05);5d 내관찰조환자환폐복장솔현저저우대조조(P <0.05);관찰조환자발생피하수종화인류실효비솔명현고우대조조(P <0.05);대조조화관찰조환자발생탈관적비솔무현저차이(P >0.05)。결론:세도관적치료효과불급표준인류관,부괄합폐합성기흉적치료。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of exhausting and decompression with thin tube on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD)complicated with pneumothorax.Methods:Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 60 cases of patients with COPD complicated with pneumothorax who were received in some hospital during the period from July 2012 to July 2014.Results:During the 24 hours after intubation and compression,the re-expansion rate of the observation was 26.67%,and that of the control group was 20. 0%(P >0.05),in the 5 days,the re-expansion rate of the observation group was lower than that of the con-trol group(P <0.05);the occurrence of cutaneous dropsy and the failure ratio of drainage in the observation group were all obviously higher than that of the control group(P <0.05),the occurrence of detachment of tube in both the control group and the observation group was not found to be obviously different(P >0.05). Conclusion:The effect of thin tube is inferior to that of standard drainage tube,it is only applicable for the treatment of closed pneumothorax.
