Pharmaceutical wastewater has complex composition, high organic content, high toxicity, high chroma value and high salt content, its biodegradeability is very poor, so pharmaceutical wastewater belongs to refractory industrial wastewater. In this paper,physical-chemical treatment processes for pharmaceutical wastewater were discussed; a economic,practical and effective treatment method for pharmaceutical wastewater was determined.
