目的:探讨血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)测定对异位妊娠早期诊断,异位妊娠保守治疗方法选择及疗效的价值。方法:选择异位妊娠患者150例(A组),正常宫内早孕者100例(B组)。采用化学发光法测定并比较两组血清β-hCG、E2和P的含量;根据血中β-hCG、E2、P的含量,给予药物保守治疗,判断β-hCG、E2、P对异位妊娠治疗方案选择的意义;比较药物保守治疗成功患者血清β-hCG和P水平下降至正常范围内分别需要的时间;分析治疗前不同血清β-hCG、E2和P水平与治疗结局的关系。结果:A组血清β-hCG、E2和P水平均低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);药物保守治疗成功患者的血清P水平下降至正常所需要时间少于β-hCG下降至正常值所需的时间,E2、P水平越低,成功率越高。结论:血清β-hCG、E2和P水平有助于异位妊娠早期诊断。动态测定血清P是一种优于血清β-hCG的评估异位妊娠保守治疗效果的检测。根据血中β-hCG、E2、P的含量为早期异位妊娠的治疗方案的选择提供量化指标。

목적:탐토혈청β-인융모막촉성선격소(β-hCG)자이순(E2)화잉동(P)측정대이위임신조기진단,이위임신보수치료방법선택급료효적개치。방법:선택이위임신환자150례(A조),정상궁내조잉자100례(B조)。채용화학발광법측정병비교량조혈청β-hCG、E2화P적함량;근거혈중β-hCG、E2、P적함량,급여약물보수치료,판단β-hCG、E2、P대이위임신치료방안선택적의의;비교약물보수치료성공환자혈청β-hCG화P수평하강지정상범위내분별수요적시간;분석치료전불동혈청β-hCG、E2화P수평여치료결국적관계。결과:A조혈청β-hCG、E2화P수평균저우B조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);약물보수치료성공환자적혈청P수평하강지정상소수요시간소우β-hCG하강지정상치소수적시간,E2、P수평월저,성공솔월고。결론:혈청β-hCG、E2화P수평유조우이위임신조기진단。동태측정혈청P시일충우우혈청β-hCG적평고이위임신보수치료효과적검측。근거혈중β-hCG、E2、P적함량위조기이위임신적치료방안적선택제공양화지표。
Objective:To investigate β-serum human chorionic gonadotroPin (β-hCG) estradiol (E2) and Progesterone (P) the determination of the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment selection and therapeutic value.Method:150 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected as the group A, 100 cases of normal intrauterine pregnancy were selected as the group B.Theβ-hCG, E2 and P were determined by chemiluminescence. According to β-hCG, E2, P content in the blood, given conservative medical treatment, determined β-hCG, E2, P ectopic pregnancy treatment options significance.Compared successful conservative treatment group decreased serum β-hCG and P levels were within the normal range to the time required.The different of pre-treatment serum β-hCG, E2 and P levels and treatment outcome relationship were analyzed.Result:The serum β-hCG ,E2 and P in the group A were lower than the group B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conservative treatment decreased serum P drug levels to normal less than the time required β-hCG drops to normal time required, the lower the P, E2 level, the success rate more high.Conclusion:Serumβ-hCG, E2 and the level of P is helpful to early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy; serum P determination is a dynamic detection effect of conservative treatment of ectopic a superior evaluation of serum β-hCG of pregnancy; according to the content of blood β-hCG, E2, P for the treatment of early ectopic pregnancy options provide quantitative indexes.
