液压油的性能优劣直接影响设备能否长期、稳定、安全的运行,目前评价液压油性能的指标较多,简单的对比单个指标的优劣不能合理地反应液压油的整体品质,该文以注塑机用液压油为例,采用层次分析法,综合对比液压油的性能指标。依据层次分析法确定各性能指标的权重系数,并建立综合评价模型。通过计算验证该模型的可信度,结果表明:模型满足检验要求,计算结果可信。

The hydraulic equipment operating stably and safely for a long term was influenced directly and seriously by the performance of hydraulic oil. There were many kinds of index for evaluation performance of hydraulic oil, and the simple comparison of single index was general method to appraise and get the best product, which could not be comprehensive, objective and reasonable. In this paper, taking appli-cation hydraulic oil for injection molding machines for example, the analytic hierarchy process was used to comparing of the performance index of hydraulic oil comprehensively. And then based on the AHP, the weight coefficient of each performance index was determined, and the comprehensive evaluation model was established. The result of the consistency test of the model showed than it met the requirements with the higher credibility.
