根据柱塞运动特点,针对不同结构型式,从轴向柱塞泵的几何排量、结构尺寸、配流副和辅助吸油压力等方面对柱形缸体和锥形缸体展开研究。以我公司开发的某型柱塞泵为例进行计算分析,结果表明,与柱形缸体相比,锥形缸体可以使几何排量增加1.27mL;缸体最大径向尺寸减小0.65%;配流副磨损量减少8%;最大转速提高为1.1倍;辅助吸油能力最多提高0.26MPa。

According to the plunger motion characteristics, from the geometric displacement, the structure size, port pair and auxiliary oil ab-sorption of axial piston pump, the different structure types of cylinder and conical cylinder block were researched. Take the axial piston pump which was developed by our company as the calculation and analysis object, the results showed that compared with the cylindrical cyl-inder, conical cylinder block can make geometric displacement increased 1.27mL;cylinder maximum radial size decreased by 0.65%;port pair wear was reduced by 8%;the maximum speed increased by 1.1 times;the auxiliary oil absorption pressure increased by 0.26MPa.
