针对直埋式城市热力管道在运行过程中出现的泄漏,提出了一种磁–温综合检测技术,该方法的特点主要包括:非开挖、在役检测、快速定位等。根据直埋式热力管道结构特点和泄漏特征,利用红外测温技术确定可疑泄漏区域、微磁技术判断管道破损程度。研制仪器并进行现场试验,开挖验证仪器测量结果。结果表明:热力管道磁–温综合检测方法对直埋式城市热力管道泄漏判断的准确率可达90%、定位精度可达0.5 m。本研究工作为热力管道泄漏检测提供了切实可行的检测方法。

A magnetic-thermal comprehensive test method was proposed for the leakage of directly buried urban heat-supply pipeline that occurs during operation. The main features of this method included non-excavation, in-service inspection and rapid positioning, etc. According to the structural characteristics and leakage characteristics of directly buried heat-supply pipe, suspicious areas can be identified by infrared temperature measurement technology, and the level of damage to the pipeline can be tested by micro-magnetic technology. After developing the instrument and conducting real test, the test results were verified by excavation. The results show that the correct rate of magnetic-thermal comprehensive test method on the leakage of directly buried urban heat-supply pipe can reach 90%, and the location precision was within 0. 5 meter. The study provided practicable method for heat-supply pipes leakage location detection.
