对DB35/T 1468—2014《煤粉工业锅炉能效限定值及能效等级》的编制背景、意义及过程进行了介绍，并对有关章节内容的确定做了说明。该标准通过收集福建省内及全国在用煤粉工业锅炉能效测试值，参考同类标准，结合福建省煤粉工业锅炉设计使用现状，对收集的数据进行统计和修正，最终确定煤粉工业锅炉能效限定值及能效等级数据表。该标准弥补了GB 24500—2009《工业锅炉能效限定值及能效等级》的不足，规范了煤粉工业锅炉相关企业的设计标准和节能行为。

The background, signiif cance and process of compiling DB35/T 1468—2014 “Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efif ciency and Energy Efif ciency Grades for Pulverized Coal Fired Industrial Boilers” is introduced, and the contents of relevant important sections are explained in details. The if nal data table which contains minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for pulverized coal fired industrial boilers is determined by statistical analysis and correction on the collected data from Fujian province and whole country. In determining this data table, reference has been made to relevant standards as well as the designing and using situation of pulverized coal if red industrial boilers in Fujian. This standard makes up the shortage of GB 24500—2009 “Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efif ciency and Energy Efif ciency Grades for Industrial Boilers”, and also regulates the design standard and energy use of pulverized coal if red industrial boilers related enterprises.
