以纯水和聚乙二醇-20000水溶液为原液,考察了指状孔和海绵状孔两种不同微孔结构的聚砜中空纤维超滤膜初始通量的衰减现象。结果表明:其衰减现象主要是在压力作用下膜微孔结构压缩致密化和膜孔堵塞造成的;在相同压力下,具有较薄致密层和指状孔结构的聚砜中空纤维膜比基本上为海绵孔结构的聚砜中空纤维膜的微孔更加稳定,表现为前者的膜通量衰减小于后者。
以純水和聚乙二醇-20000水溶液為原液,攷察瞭指狀孔和海綿狀孔兩種不同微孔結構的聚砜中空纖維超濾膜初始通量的衰減現象。結果錶明:其衰減現象主要是在壓力作用下膜微孔結構壓縮緻密化和膜孔堵塞造成的;在相同壓力下,具有較薄緻密層和指狀孔結構的聚砜中空纖維膜比基本上為海綿孔結構的聚砜中空纖維膜的微孔更加穩定,錶現為前者的膜通量衰減小于後者。
이순수화취을이순-20000수용액위원액,고찰료지상공화해면상공량충불동미공결구적취풍중공섬유초려막초시통량적쇠감현상。결과표명:기쇠감현상주요시재압력작용하막미공결구압축치밀화화막공도새조성적;재상동압력하,구유교박치밀층화지상공결구적취풍중공섬유막비기본상위해면공결구적취풍중공섬유막적미공경가은정,표현위전자적막통량쇠감소우후자。
The effect of two different microporous structure which is finger-like and sponge-like on flux decrease rate of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane was studied with pure water and polyethylene glycol-20000 aqueous solution. The results showed that the initial flux attenuation phenomenon was mainly caused by that structure of membrane was compacted and pore of membrane was blocked. Under the same pressure, the finger-like structure was more stable than the sponge-like structure, the flux attenuation of the finger-like structure was more low than that of the sponge-like structure.
