目的:探讨补阳还五汤对MCAO(大脑中动脉线栓法)大鼠血清TNF-ɑ、IL-6、CRP的影响。方法:60只大鼠随机分为四组:假手术组、模型组、补阳还五汤低剂量组、补阳还五汤高剂量组。Garcia JH评分标准评价受试大鼠的神经功能,化学发光法检测大鼠外周血清TNF-a、IL-6的水平,免疫比浊法检测大鼠血清CRP水平。结果:术后第7天,补阳还五汤低剂量组和高剂量组大鼠神经功能得到一定程度的恢复,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时低剂量组和高剂量组比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。补阳还五汤低剂量组、高剂量组的TNF-a与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低剂量组的IL-6、CRP与模型组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);高剂量组的IL-6、CRP与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤可下调MCAO大鼠TNF-a、IL-6、CRP水平,通过减轻炎症作用,达到神经保护的作用。

목적:탐토보양환오탕대MCAO(대뇌중동맥선전법)대서혈청TNF-ɑ、IL-6、CRP적영향。방법:60지대서수궤분위사조:가수술조、모형조、보양환오탕저제량조、보양환오탕고제량조。Garcia JH평분표준평개수시대서적신경공능,화학발광법검측대서외주혈청TNF-a、IL-6적수평,면역비탁법검측대서혈청CRP수평。결과:술후제7천,보양환오탕저제량조화고제량조대서신경공능득도일정정도적회복,여모형조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),동시저제량조화고제량조비교차이야유통계학의의(P<0.05)。보양환오탕저제량조、고제량조적TNF-a여모형조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);저제량조적IL-6、CRP여모형조비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05);고제량조적IL-6、CRP여모형조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:보양환오탕가하조MCAO대서TNF-a、IL-6、CRP수평,통과감경염증작용,체도신경보호적작용。
Objective:To discuss the influence of Buyanghuanwu decoction on the expression of TNF-ɑ, IL-6,CRP in MCAO rats.Method:60 rats were divided into four groups:control group, model group,low-dose of Buyanghuanwu decoction group and high-dose of Buyanghuanwu decoction group.Motor nerve function of rat was evaluated by using Garcia JH score ,serum TNF-ɑ,IL-6 were detected by using bioluminescence and serum CRP were detected by using immunoturbidimetry.Result:7 days after surgery,compared with model group, nerve function of rats recovered in low-dose group and high-dose group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was significant difference betweenlow-dose group and high-dose group(P<0.05).Compared with model group,there was significant difference of TNF-ɑ in low-dose group and high-dose group(P<0.05).Compared with model group,there was no difference of IL-6,CRP in low-dose group(P>0.05) ,with significant difference in high-dose group(P<0.05) .Conclusion:In order to protect nerve function,Buyanghuanwu decoction can reduce TNF-ɑ,IL-6,CRP and relieve inflammation.
