以天山北麓玛纳斯河流域作为研究区，通过建立节水措施下玛纳斯河流域生态系统适应性评价指标体系、评价标准，运用层次分析法和模糊数学综合评判法对节水措施下玛纳斯河流域生态系统适应性进行综合评价，从流域生态学的角度对节水措施下干旱区生态系统适应性进行了分析。研究分析得出2000、2005和2010年节水措施技术的推广造成生态系统适应性呈现下降趋势的影响结论，采用评价指标体系的方法验证流域节水措施的运用与流域生态系统适应性的相关性。

In this paper we choose the north of Tianshan Mountains in Manas River Basin as the study area ,under the condition of u‐sing water-saving measures ,we can establish Manas River Basin ecosystem adaptability evaluation index system and evaluation standard by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method ,we can evaluate Manas River Basin eco-system adaptation on one single factor and comprehensive evaluation under the condition of using water-saving measures ,and research and analysis arid ecosystem adaptability under water-saving measures from the basin ecological perspective . In this paper we have analyzed the influence on ecological system suitability of using water-saving measures ,and adopted the method of evaluation index system to verify correlation of using water-saving measures and river basin ecosystem adaptability .
