为探明在寒地黑土区不同生物炭添加量对玉米生物性状指标及耗水规律的影响,于2014年在北安市红星农场通过盆栽试验设置6个处理(CK-0 g/kg、C1-20 g/kg、C2-40 g/kg、C3-60 g/kg、C4-80 g/kg、C5-100 g/kg )进行研究。结果表明:适量施加生物炭(处理C1、C2)可以有效促进玉米生长发育,提高玉米的产量,也有效增加了玉米的日耗水量、全生育期耗水量及水分利用效率,处理C1、C2分别比对照CK增产20.95%、26.07%,水分利用效率增加14.62%和18.01%。而过量施加生物炭(处理C4、C5)则会抑制玉米的生长发育,导致减产,同时也降低了玉米的日耗水量、全生育期耗水量及水分利用效率。生物炭量与玉米单株产量和水分利用效率之间成二次抛物线关系,相关系数分别为0.8122和0.7721,当生物炭施加量为36.13和39.25 g/kg时,产量和水分利用效率达到最大值150.95 g/株和3.92 g/kg。

The experiment was conducted in 2014 to study the effects of different application levels of biochar on biological indicators and water consumption rule of maize in cold black soil region with 6 treatments (CK -0 g/kg ,C1 -20 g/kg ,C2 -40 g/kg ,C3 -60 g/kg ,C4-80 g/kg and C5-100 g/kg)based on pot experiments .Results show that ,applying appropriate amount of biochar (treat‐ment C1 and C2) can promote grow th and development of maize ,increase its yield ,and also increase the daily water consumption , water consumption during the whole growth stage and water use efficiency (WUE) of maize effectively ,in treatment C1 and C2 ,the yield increased by 20 .95% and 26 .07% respectively and WUE increased by 14 .62% and 18 .01% respectively compared with CK . However ,the excessive application of biochar (treatment C4 and C5) inhibited the growth and development of maize ,led to reduc‐tion of output and also reduced the daily water consumption ,water consumption during the whole growth stage and WUE of maize at the same time .The relationship between maize yield per plant ,WUE and amount of biochar can be described with 2 quadratic parabolas ,the correlation coefficients are 0 .812 2 and 0 .772 1 respectively ,when amount of biochar are 36 .13 g/kg and 39 .25 g/kg ,the maximum yield and WUE reach 150 .95 g/plant and 3 .92 g/kg .
