采用γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-590)对纳米SiO2表面进行接枝改性,用傅里叶红外光谱法(FT-IR)对其结构进行表征;将改性纳米SiO2与环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯( AESO)和乙烯基醚改性环氧大豆油丙烯酸聚氨酯( VASO)按不同比例复合制备光固化纳米复合涂层。结果表明:巯基纳米SiO2的加入显著提高了丙烯酸双键的转化率,并且随着改性纳米SiO2含量的增加漆膜硬度增加,且漆膜耐水性和耐磨性能均有明显改善。
採用γ-巰丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-590)對納米SiO2錶麵進行接枝改性,用傅裏葉紅外光譜法(FT-IR)對其結構進行錶徵;將改性納米SiO2與環氧大豆油丙烯痠酯( AESO)和乙烯基醚改性環氧大豆油丙烯痠聚氨酯( VASO)按不同比例複閤製備光固化納米複閤塗層。結果錶明:巰基納米SiO2的加入顯著提高瞭丙烯痠雙鍵的轉化率,併且隨著改性納米SiO2含量的增加漆膜硬度增加,且漆膜耐水性和耐磨性能均有明顯改善。
채용γ-구병기삼갑양기규완(KH-590)대납미SiO2표면진행접지개성,용부리협홍외광보법(FT-IR)대기결구진행표정;장개성납미SiO2여배양대두유병희산지( AESO)화을희기미개성배양대두유병희산취안지( VASO)안불동비례복합제비광고화납미복합도층。결과표명:구기납미SiO2적가입현저제고료병희산쌍건적전화솔,병차수착개성납미SiO2함량적증가칠막경도증가,차칠막내수성화내마성능균유명현개선。
SiO2 nanoparticles were modified by γ-( mercaptopropyl ) trimethoxysilane and were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). Acrylated epoxidized soybean oil (AESO) and vinyl/acrylate ended soybean oil (VASO) were composited with different content of modified SiO2 nanoparticles to prepare UV curable nanocomposite coatings. The photopolymerization process of the coatings was measured and the results showed that the addition of modified SiO2 nanoparticles obviously increased the conversion of acrylate double bond. Moreover, the pencil hardness was significantly improved and the water resistance and abrasion resistance was also improved with increasing modified SiO2 nanoparticles content.
