通过对台湾几家医院的参访，探讨医院临床师资培育的方法，重点包括临床师资培育中心的组织机构、临床师资培训课程设置、教学主治医师和临床教师的激励制度几个方面。期望能够借鉴台湾的有益经验，在完善临床师资培育体系、以临床能力为核心的师资培育课程和建立有效的临床教学激励机制方面，进一步做好临床师资的培训工作，切实提高临床教学质量。

In order to meet the need of rapid development of modern medicine and clinical medical education reform, the training of clinical teachers in medical colleges to improve the quality of clinical medical education has become an important factor and inseparable part to the success of higher medical education. The author had visited several hospitals in Taiwan to investigate the methods of clinical teachers training, mainly in?cluding faculty development center in hospital, clinical teacher's training curriculum, attending physician educator and faculty incentive system. We hope to draw on the useful experience of Taiwan teachers development and promote our clinical teacher training work, especially in improving clinical teacher training system, teacher education curriculum based on clinical competence and effective incentive mechanism.
