将整合理念引入医学课程改革是推进医学教育发展的重要举措,近年来,我国医学院校在经过反复地探索和实践之后,形成了以模块化课程模式为主、临床前期课程为重要补充、小范围试点先行为实施策略的医学课程整合趋势和特点。但在改革取得进展的同时,在整合过程中也出现一些值得思考和讨论的问题,如整合课程中知识的分离与遗漏,基础医学和临床医学课程重点冲突,以及教师跨学科教学能力培养、新课程考核方式改革、新课程评价体系建立等问题。

장정합이념인입의학과정개혁시추진의학교육발전적중요거조,근년래,아국의학원교재경과반복지탐색화실천지후,형성료이모괴화과정모식위주、림상전기과정위중요보충、소범위시점선행위실시책략적의학과정정합추세화특점。단재개혁취득진전적동시,재정합과정중야출현일사치득사고화토론적문제,여정합과정중지식적분리여유루,기출의학화림상의학과정중점충돌,이급교사과학과교학능력배양、신과정고핵방식개혁、신과정평개체계건립등문제。
Leading integration in medical curriculum reform is an important measure to promote the development of medical education. In re?cent years, many medical universities join in medical curriculum reform. After repeated exploration and practice, our country formed the Chinese characteristics that based on modular integrated curriculum, focusing on pre-clinical curriculum, and starting with little scope to try. But at the same time, in the process of integration also appeared some problems of isolation and missing knowledge, teaching priority conflict on basic and clinical, unsatisfactory interdisciplinary teaching, examination and curriculum evaluation et al.
