为降低液压系统报故,文章从电液伺服阀层面对电液伺服阀产生的感生电势进行了研究,分析了电液伺服阀感生电势的产生机理和各种影响因素,并结合电液伺服阀结构原理进行了试验验证。结果表明,改变这些影响因素可以控制感生电势的大小,但部分因素对感生电势的影响呈现不规律性。

In order to reduce the warnings of the hydraulic system, the article studied the induced electromotive force which is produced by electro-hydraulic servo valve from the aspects of electro-hydraulic servo valve, the mechanism and various influence factors of the induced electromotive force are analyzed and experimentally verified combined with the structure and principle of electro-hydraulic servo valve. The results show that we can control the numerical value of the induced electromotive force through change these influence factors,but the influ-ence of several factors on the induced electromotive force show no regularity.
