目的:研究高职护理专业病理学课程开展TBL教学的效果与对策。方法:选取2011和2012级护理专业二年级学生为研究对象。以2012级为教改组,采用TBL教学法;2011级为对照组,采用传统教学法。通过考试成绩比较和问卷调查来评价教学效果。结果:教改组考试总成绩及A2题型的成绩明显高于对照组,两项比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查两组对教学方法的评价,教改组共有75.3%的学生认为TBL教学法对提高教学效果等9项很有帮助,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高职护理专业病理学教学中应用TBL教学法,能有效提高教学质量及学生的职业能力。

Objective:To investigate TBL teaching effect and countermeasure in pathology in higher vocational college nursing profession. Methods:Nursing sophomores of grade 2011 and 2012 were chosen to be research object. Sophomores of grade 2012, as the teaching reform group, were taught in TBL while sophomores of grade 2011 were taught in LBL as the control group. The effect would be evaluated by question?naires and comparing test score. Results:Total score and type A2 score of the teaching reform group were significantly higher than that of the con?trol group, which had statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). According to the questionnaires, 75. 3% of the teaching reform group be?lieved that TBL had benefit to the 9 terms such as improving teaching effect. The comparison of two groups'questionnaires also had statistically sig?nificant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Using TBL in pathology course can effectively improve teaching quality and students'occupational a?bility in higher vocational college nursing profession.
