以粉煤灰和污水处理厂剩余污泥为主要原料,开展了粉煤灰污泥陶粒的制备工艺研究。利用正交试验研究了材料配比、预热时间、预热温度、烧结时间、烧结温度等因素对陶粒制备工艺及性能的影响。结果表明:无论是制备建筑骨料还是水处理滤料,烧结温度及配方比例的控制是最重要的因素。如果用于建筑骨料,建议配方中各组分质量分数为粉煤灰70%,污泥20%,黏土及煤粉10%,控制预热温度450℃,预热时间15 min ,烧结温度1150℃,烧结时间20 min;如果用于水处理滤料,建议配方中各组分质量分数为粉煤灰45%,污泥45%,黏土及煤粉10%,预热温度400℃,预热时间15 min ,烧结温度1050℃左右,烧结时间25 min。

The manufacturing technology of ceramsite prepared from fly ash and sludge is studied .By means of orthogonal tests ,in‐fluencing factors such as raw material formula ,preheating and sintering time ,temperature of preheating and sintering are studied . The experiment results show that sintering temperature and raw material formula are the most important influencing factors for pro‐ducing both the filter and the aggregate .For sintering aggregate ,in order to maintain the compressive strength at a higher level ,the optimal proportion is suggested that the dosage of sewage sludge 20% ,fly ash 70% and pore-forming material 10% .Preheating and sintering temperature are 450 ℃ and 1 150 ℃ ,Preheating and sintering time are 15min and 20min .For sintering ceramsite filter ,the optimal proportion is suggested that the dosage of sewage sludge 45% ,fly ash 45% and pore-forming material 10% .Preheating temperature is 400 ℃ ,temperature of sintering is 1 050 ℃ and preheating and sintering time are 15 min and 25 min .
