目的:编制一个反映儿童应对牙科诊疗情绪与效能的量表。方法:在理论分析和访谈的基础上,收集描述牙科就诊情绪及应对方法的描述,并参考牙科应对策略问卷,结合中国文化与语言习惯,组成初步问卷;通过对在校小学生人群的施测和数据的因素分析,得到反映儿童牙科诊疗应对的量表,并对该量表的信度、效度进行检验。结果:儿童牙科诊疗应对指数量表由11项组成,项目分与总分具有显著相关,相关系数为0.38-0.61;高分27%组与低分27%组比较,11个项目均有显著差异(P<0.05);结构效度分析方面,根据因素分析结果,量表由3个维度构成,分别为情绪应对、效能应对及失用应对,3个因子的累积贡献率为51.07%;准则效度分析显示艾森克N维度得分与量表总得分及各因子得分显著相关,情绪应对因子与现有牙科畏惧量表得分呈显著相关;量表内部一致性系数为0.74,3个维度内部一致性系数为0.62-0.68。结论:本研究初步编制的儿童牙科畏惧情绪及应对效能量表项目简单,区分度高,并有良好的信度和效度,值得进一步建立常模运用于临床。

Objective:To develop a scale which was able to reflect the dental coping index for children.Method:Combining some items in the dental coping strategy questionnaire, the present study collected items describing the dental coping style for children.By examining these items with schoolchild and adapting factor analysis, a dental coping index scale was compiled, which’s psychometric indexes were examined.Result:11 items were chose to constitute the dental coping index for children.There were moderate correlations among the item score to the scale score,with correlation coefficients distributed 0.38-0.61; there were significant differences between the high 27% score group and the low 27% score group;the dental coping index questionnaire for children consisted of three dimensions, which,s cumulative explanation of the variance 51.07%, with the Cronbach’s α 0.74, and 0.62-0.68 for the subscales.Conclusion:The Dental Coping index Questionnaire for children has satisfactory psychometric characteristics.It is suitable for practical usage.
