目的:调查新疆三甲医院护工作能力现状及其影响因素,为提高工作能力干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,对新疆各地州5家三甲医院各科室护土1101名进行一般人口学问卷和工作能力指数(WAI)调查表的调查。结果护士总体工作能力得分为(33.83±2.51)分,工作能力差、中、高所占比例分别为11.4%、57.04%、31.02%;不同民族、科室、工龄的护士工作能力程度和 WAI 得分差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);不同夜班频率护士工作能力程度差异有统计学意义,而 WAI 得分差异无统计学意义。多元分析结果示:婚姻状况、科室因素是影响护士工作能力的主要因素,而娱乐休闲是工作能力的保护因素。结论护士整体工作能力中等,护理管理者在工作中应重点关注少数民族、夜班频率高和工龄短的护士,保护和提高其工作能力。

Objective To investigate nurses′working ability and the influencing factors in Xinjiang first-class hospitals for the improvement in the nursing competence.Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to conduct a general demographic questionnaire and working ability index (WAI)sur-vey on 1101 nurses in five first-class hospitals in Xinjiang.Results The average score of nurses′working ability was (33.83±2.51).The nurses with poor working ability,moderate working ability and high work-ing ability accounted for 11.4%,57.04% and 31.02%.There was statistical significance in nurses′working ability and WAI in different ethnic groups,departments and service length.The statistical significance was different in the nurses with different night shift frequency,but with no statistically significant difference in WAI score.Multivariate regression analysis showed that the marital status and working department were the main factors and the entertainment was a protection factor influencing the nurses ability to work.Con-clusion It was found out that the working ability of the surveyed nurses was moderate;the nurses in eth-nic groups,with high frequency of night shift and short service time should be given more attention to pro-tect and improve their nursing competence.
