以调速型液力偶合器为研究对象,根据其工作特点设计一套用于液力偶合器自动化控制的微型电控单元。该文采用FPGA可编程逻辑控制芯片,部署外围电路。完成调速型液力偶合器对油温、油压以及泵轮和涡轮速度的检测、自动控制偶合器的输出转速设计。硬件电路包括信号采集模块、信号处理模块以及驱动外部设备控制模块。采用PID调节技术,控制参数的超调量小、响应速度快、准确。

With variable speed hydraulic coupling for the study, according to the characteristics of their work to design a miniature electronic control unit for hydraulic coupling automation control. In this paper, using the FPGA programmable logic controller chip to deploy peripher-al circuits. Completed the detection of the variable speed hydraulic coupling on oil well pump and turbine speed, automatic control design. Hardware circuit comprises a signal acquisition module, a signal processing module, and a driving external device control module. The PID regulation technology has the characteristics of small overshoot on the speed and temperature, fast response and accurate.
