目的探讨全程健康教育在糖尿病患者临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2013年6月至2014年6月收治的140例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将所有接诊患者随机分为对照组(70例,常规健康教育干预),观察组(70例,全程健康教育干预),比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患者的血糖控制有效率、糖尿病知识掌握良好率、自我管理能力良好率、对护理服务的满意度等指标均明显优于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义,而且观察组患者的血糖水平也较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论全程健康教育对糖尿病患者具有十分重要的意义,有利于提高患者对糖尿病相关知识的掌握程度,帮助患者形成较佳的自我管理能力,有利于血糖水平的改善,从而提高患者对护理服务的满意度,促进患者预后。

Objective To discuss the effect of the full-stage health education on nursing management of patients with diabetes.Methods Chose 140 cases of diabetic patients from June 2013 to June 2014 as research subjects and randomly divided them into control group (conventional health education intervention) and treatment group (full-stage health education intervention) with 70 cases in each group. Compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results After treatment, the efficiency of patient's blood glucose control, diabetes knowledge, self-management skills, satisfaction of nursing services and other indicators for treatment group were significantly better than those of control group with statistical difference. Patients' blood glucose for treatment group was significantly improved than that of control group with statistical difference.Conclusion Full-stage health education is of great significance for diabetic patients, which will help improve patients' diabetes-related knowledge and promote the formation of self-management skills for patients. It is conductive to improving patients' blood glucose level and improving patients satisfaction on nursing, which is good for patients' prognosis.
