目的：了解2013年乌鲁木齐市不同体制幼儿园儿童健康状况，为进一步改善儿童的健康水平提供科学依据。方法选择乌鲁木齐市新市区公办和私立幼儿园57所11184名3～6岁儿童，进行全面健康体检，包括身高、体质量测量、口腔检查、视力检查以及血清学检查。结果除 6岁年龄组女孩身高外，公办幼儿园各年龄组儿童体质量、身高和血色素均值均高于私立幼儿园，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。公办幼儿园各年龄组儿童体质量低下、生长迟缓及消瘦检出率分别为0．11％、0．08％、0．69％，私立幼儿园分别为0．30％、0．50％、1．10％；公办和私立幼儿园各年龄组儿童龋齿检出率分别为65．30％和67．50％，肥胖检出率分别为10．6％和9．15％；视力低下检出率分别为7．77％和7．06％，各年龄组儿童肥胖、龋齿检出率随年龄增长而升高。公办和私立幼儿园轻度贫血检出率分别为0．97％和1．51％，中度贫血检出率分别为0．03％和0．04％。结论乌鲁木齐市新市区幼儿园儿童健康状况良好，但仍应加强幼儿园的管理，在膳食配餐、五官保健、常见病防治等方面改进措施，进行群防群治，以提高儿童健康水平。
목적：료해2013년오로목제시불동체제유인완인동건강상황，위진일보개선인동적건강수평제공과학의거。방법선택오로목제시신시구공판화사립유인완57소11184명3～6세인동，진행전면건강체검，포괄신고、체질량측량、구강검사、시력검사이급혈청학검사。결과제 6세년령조녀해신고외，공판유인완각년령조인동체질량、신고화혈색소균치균고우사립유인완，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。공판유인완각년령조인동체질량저하、생장지완급소수검출솔분별위0．11％、0．08％、0．69％，사립유인완분별위0．30％、0．50％、1．10％；공판화사립유인완각년령조인동우치검출솔분별위65．30％화67．50％，비반검출솔분별위10．6％화9．15％；시력저하검출솔분별위7．77％화7．06％，각년령조인동비반、우치검출솔수년령증장이승고。공판화사립유인완경도빈혈검출솔분별위0．97％화1．51％，중도빈혈검출솔분별위0．03％화0．04％。결론오로목제시신시구유인완인동건강상황량호，단잉응가강유인완적관리，재선식배찬、오관보건、상견병방치등방면개진조시，진행군방군치，이제고인동건강수평。
Objective To investigate and analyze the heath condition of the children in public and private kindergartens in Urumqi in 2013 for further improvement in their health.Methods 11 184 children,aged 3-6,from 57 public and private kindergartens at Xinshi District in Urumqi were selected and given a com-prehensive physical,including height,quality measurement,oral examination,optic examination and se-rological tests.Results The mean scores in the height and hemoglobin in the public kindergarten children were higher than those in private kindergartens,except the height scores in 6-year-old girls,with no sta-tistical difference (P >0.05).It was found out that the detection rate in low weight,growth retardation and angular was 0.11%,0.08% and 0.69% respectively in the public kindergartens;0.30%,0.50% and 0. 30% respectively in private kindergartens;the rate of dental caries was 65.30% in public kindergartens and 67.50% in private kindergartens;obesity detection rate was 10.6% in public kindergartens and 9.15% in private kindergarten;low vision detection rate was 7.77% in public kindergartens and 7.06% in private kindergartens.The detection rates of children obesity and dental caries were increasing with age.The de-tection rate of mild anemia was 0.97%,1.51%,moderate anemia was 0.03%,0.03% respectively in public and private kindergartens.Conclusion The children in public and private kindergartens in Urumqi were in good condition and it was suggested to improve the management,the dietary catering,facial care,common diseases prevention and control in the kindergarten.
