目的:探索CBL与LBL联合教学法在牙体牙髓病学中应用的可行性。方法实验分为两组,研究组为2011级1班口腔医学专业本科班学生,采用CBL与LBL联合教学法,对照组为2011级2班口腔医学专业本科班学生,教学法采用传统讲课方式。课后对知识点进行测验评分,并进行问卷调查。结果实验组与对照组的综合得分具有显著性差异(P<0.05),学生普遍欢迎CBL教学方式。结论 CBL教学法在口腔牙体牙髓病学教学改革中效果显著。

목적:탐색CBL여LBL연합교학법재아체아수병학중응용적가행성。방법실험분위량조,연구조위2011급1반구강의학전업본과반학생,채용CBL여LBL연합교학법,대조조위2011급2반구강의학전업본과반학생,교학법채용전통강과방식。과후대지식점진행측험평분,병진행문권조사。결과실험조여대조조적종합득분구유현저성차이(P<0.05),학생보편환영CBL교학방식。결론 CBL교학법재구강아체아수병학교학개혁중효과현저。
Objective To explore the feasibility of case based learning (CBL)teaching method used in Conservative Dentistry. Methods The experiment is divided into two groups:the study group for the 2011-1 oral medicine students, using CBL pedagogy and the control group for the 2011-2 oral medicine students, using the traditional small lecture. Results There is a signiifcant difference composite score between the experimental group and control group (P<0.05).The students in general welcome the CBL teaching methods. Conclusion The CBL teaching method is worth to apply and promote in Conservative Dentistry.
