Salidroside%Tanshinone Ⅱ A%HPLC
目的:建立测定天香丹颗粒中红景天苷和丹参酮ⅡA 含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱条件:色谱柱为 Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.03%磷酸水溶液(7:93)作为流动相;检测波长220 nm;流速为1.0 mL/min。结果红景天苷在5.44~16.32μg 范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r =0.9986);丹参酮ⅡA 在0.074~0.222μg 范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r =0.9995)。红景天苷平均回收率为101.45%, RSD 为1.78%(n =6);丹参酮ⅡA 平均回收率为101.78%,RSD 为1.71%(n =6)。天香丹颗粒中红景天苷含量为1.57 mg/g,丹参酮ⅡA 含量为0.58 mg/g。结论本法快捷、简便,结果准确、可靠、重复性好,可作为天香丹颗粒中红景天苷和丹参酮ⅡA 的测定方法。

목적:건립측정천향단과립중홍경천감화단삼동ⅡA 함량적고효액상색보법。방법색보조건:색보주위 Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);을정-0.03%린산수용액(7:93)작위류동상;검측파장220 nm;류속위1.0 mL/min。결과홍경천감재5.44~16.32μg 범위내여봉면적정량호적선성관계(r =0.9986);단삼동ⅡA 재0.074~0.222μg 범위내여봉면적정량호적선성관계(r =0.9995)。홍경천감평균회수솔위101.45%, RSD 위1.78%(n =6);단삼동ⅡA 평균회수솔위101.78%,RSD 위1.71%(n =6)。천향단과립중홍경천감함량위1.57 mg/g,단삼동ⅡA 함량위0.58 mg/g。결론본법쾌첩、간편,결과준학、가고、중복성호,가작위천향단과립중홍경천감화단삼동ⅡA 적측정방법。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination on salidroside and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Tianxiangdan granule.Methods The HPLC system consisted of chromatographic column of Hypersil ODS2 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);acetonitrile -0.03% phosphoric acid solution (7∶93)as mobile phase;the 220 nm detection wavelength;and 1 mL/min flow rate.Results Salidroside in the range of 5.44 -16.32 μg and the peak area had a good linear relationship (r =0.9986);Tanshinone Ⅱ A in the range of 0.074-0.222 μg and the peak area had a good linear relationship (r =0.9995).The average recovery rate of Salidroside was 101.45% and RSD was 1.78% (n =6);the average recovery rate of Tanshinone Ⅱ A was 101.78% and RSD was 1.71% (n =6).The content of Salidroside was 1.57 mg/g and Tanshinone Ⅱ A was 0.58 mg/g in Tianxiangdan granule.Conclusion This method,quick,simple,accurate,reliable,with good reproducibility,can be used as a method for the determination on salidroside and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Tianxiangdan granule .
