目的：研究双黄连注射剂与西药注射剂的配伍宜忌，指导临床应用。方法：针对临床或实验室双黄连与西药注射剂配伍研究资料进行收集、整理，从输液类型、使用剂量、配伍药物种类、安全性、药物代谢及配液理化检测指标等多种角度对双黄连注射剂与西药配伍进行分析，系统性评价配伍宜忌。结果：通过对60篇文献的综合研究，双黄连注射剂与西药配伍的研究以氨基甙类抗生素、头孢类抗生素、青霉素类、喹诺酮类及其他抗生素等西药为主，共包括配伍禁忌31个，研究存在指标选取缺乏完整性的弊端。结论：双黄连注射剂同西药在临床治疗中的配伍应用比较广泛，二者存在配伍禁忌，但尚未形成统一的配伍使用标准，应用时应加强注意，提高双黄连注射剂的使用安全性。
목적：연구쌍황련주사제여서약주사제적배오의기，지도림상응용。방법：침대림상혹실험실쌍황련여서약주사제배오연구자료진행수집、정리，종수액류형、사용제량、배오약물충류、안전성、약물대사급배액이화검측지표등다충각도대쌍황련주사제여서약배오진행분석，계통성평개배오의기。결과：통과대60편문헌적종합연구，쌍황련주사제여서약배오적연구이안기대류항생소、두포류항생소、청매소류、규낙동류급기타항생소등서약위주，공포괄배오금기31개，연구존재지표선취결핍완정성적폐단。결론：쌍황련주사제동서약재림상치료중적배오응용비교엄범，이자존재배오금기，단상미형성통일적배오사용표준，응용시응가강주의，제고쌍황련주사제적사용안전성。
