目的:使用影像学的方法测量成人尺骨鹰嘴相关参数,为术中尺骨鹰嘴骨折的复位及滑车切迹弧度的恢复提供参考依据。方法选取20例健康成年志愿者,拍摄左右两侧肘关节侧位片,使用PACS影像系统测量软件,测量男女尺骨鹰嘴宽度(a)、滑车切迹纵径(b)、鹰嘴深度(c)以及开口角(α)。结果男性尺骨鹰嘴宽度、滑车切迹纵径、鹰嘴深度均明显大于女性(P<O.05);而比值t(b/c)与开口角在男女性之间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。上述参数男女性左右两侧的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用影像学测量的方法,能精确测量尺骨鹰嘴的一些重要参数,可为术中尺骨鹰嘴骨折的复位及滑车切迹弧度的恢复提供参考依据。

목적:사용영상학적방법측량성인척골응취상관삼수,위술중척골응취골절적복위급활차절적호도적회복제공삼고의거。방법선취20례건강성년지원자,박섭좌우량측주관절측위편,사용PACS영상계통측량연건,측량남녀척골응취관도(a)、활차절적종경(b)、응취심도(c)이급개구각(α)。결과남성척골응취관도、활차절적종경、응취심도균명현대우녀성(P<O.05);이비치t(b/c)여개구각재남녀성지간적차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。상술삼수남녀성좌우량측적차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론이용영상학측량적방법,능정학측량척골응취적일사중요삼수,가위술중척골응취골절적복위급활차절적호도적회복제공삼고의거。
Objective To measure the related parameters of olecranon by imaging measurement in order to provide reference for reduction of ole-cranon fracture and restoration of trochlear notch. Methods Twenty healthy adult volunteers were chosen and standard lateral x-ray pictures of both el-bow joints were obtained routinely. The width (a), the diameter trochlear notch (b), the depth of olecranon (c) and the opening angle (α) were measured in the PACS. Results The width (a),the diameter trochlear notch (b) and the depth of olecranon (c) in males were greater than those in females ( P<0.05). How-ever,there was no statistical difference of the ratio t(b/c) and the opening angle (α) between males and females (P>0.05). And there was no statistical differ-ence of all the above-mentioned parameters between the left and right sides ( P>0.05). Conclusion By using the method of the imaging measurement,the important parameters of olecranon could be accurately measured. These data may serve as the basis for reduction of olecranon fracture and restoration of trochlear notch.
