糖尿病肾病（diabeticnephropathy，DN）是糖尿病微血管并发症之一，为终末期肾衰的主要原因之一，严重威胁着糖尿病患者的生命及生活质量。目前几乎占所有终末期肾脏疾病的50%，因此阐明DN的发病机制，掌握其发生、发展规律显得尤为重要。
糖尿病腎病（diabeticnephropathy，DN）是糖尿病微血管併髮癥之一，為終末期腎衰的主要原因之一，嚴重威脅著糖尿病患者的生命及生活質量。目前幾乎佔所有終末期腎髒疾病的50%，因此闡明DN的髮病機製，掌握其髮生、髮展規律顯得尤為重要。
