目的：探讨在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中，护理干预措施对患者术后康复的影响。方法：选取我院收治的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者80例进行分析，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。患者行鼻内镜手术治疗后，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上进行优质护理干预，观察两组患者的恢复效果。结果：观察组患者的治疗有效率（95.0%）明显高于对照组（82.5%），鼻腔鼻窦结局评分明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中，实施优质护理干预能够提高患者术后的康复效果，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토재만성비두염비식육환자중，호리간예조시대환자술후강복적영향。방법：선취아원수치적만성비두염비식육환자80례진행분석，장기수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조40례。환자행비내경수술치료후，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상진행우질호리간예，관찰량조환자적회복효과。결과：관찰조환자적치료유효솔（95.0%）명현고우대조조（82.5%），비강비두결국평분명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：재만성비두염비식육환자중，실시우질호리간예능구제고환자술후적강복효과，치득림상추엄。
Objective To study the in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp, the influence of nursing interventions for patients with postoperative rehabilitation.Methods Select our hospital 80 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were analyzed, and its were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. Patients with nasal endoscopic surgery after treatment, the control group using conventional nursing, the observation group in the control group on the basis of high quality nursing intervention, to observe the recovery effect of two groups of patients.Results The treatment of patients with efficient (95.0%) of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (82.5%), nasal sinus outcome score was better than control group, difference has statistical significance (p<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp, implement high quality nursing intervention can improve the effect of patients with postoperative rehabilitation, worth clinical promotion.
