目的：观察穴位按摩治疗老年慢性功能性便秘的疗效。方法：随机选取60例患有慢性功能性便秘的老年患者，将其分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组予空腹饮一杯淡盐水或蜂蜜水，治疗组在对照组基础上给予穴位按摩。对比两组患者的疗效。结果：治疗组的疗效优于对照组，两组的效果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：穴位按摩治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效确切，值得推广。

목적：관찰혈위안마치료노년만성공능성편비적료효。방법：수궤선취60례환유만성공능성편비적노년환자，장기분위치료조화대조조，매조각30례。대조조여공복음일배담염수혹봉밀수，치료조재대조조기출상급여혈위안마。대비량조환자적료효。결과：치료조적료효우우대조조，량조적효과비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：혈위안마치료만성공능성편비료효학절，치득추엄。
ObjectiveObserve the curative effect of acupoint massage treatment of senile chronic functional constipation. Methods Randomly selected from 60 cases of elderly patients with chronic functional constipation, it can be divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group.
