GB 150对内压锥壳的设计既引自原ASMEⅧ-2,又引自现ASMEⅧ-1并略有调整,对外压锥壳的设计基本上引自原ASME Ⅷ-1,但对内压或外压锥壳上折边设置的判定要求都相同。从而不仅从表面上看似和ASME规范相同,但由于并未正确引用或作了和规范不一致的修改,使在实际执行中难以操作,且设计结果和ASME规范不相一致。文章根据ASME规范的制订依据,对GB 150所存在的问题逐一分析。
GB 150對內壓錐殼的設計既引自原ASMEⅧ-2,又引自現ASMEⅧ-1併略有調整,對外壓錐殼的設計基本上引自原ASME Ⅷ-1,但對內壓或外壓錐殼上摺邊設置的判定要求都相同。從而不僅從錶麵上看似和ASME規範相同,但由于併未正確引用或作瞭和規範不一緻的脩改,使在實際執行中難以操作,且設計結果和ASME規範不相一緻。文章根據ASME規範的製訂依據,對GB 150所存在的問題逐一分析。

In GB 150, the design method for internal pressure conical shell is referenced from not only ASME VIII-2 but also ASME VIII-1, from which the method in GB 150 has a little differences somewhere. And for external pressure conical shell, the design method in GB 150 is also from ASME VIII-1. In two methods, the determinations of whether knuckle is necessary are the same. The design methods for conical shells look like that in ASME code, but because inappropriate changes existed, they are difficult to be applied in practice and the results from these methods are not similar with that from ASME code. In this paper, based on the principle to form the methods in ASME code, the problems existed in the methods in GB 150 were analyzed, respectively.
