医院国内访问学者制度是借鉴国外访问学者制度,结合了高校的培养学术带头人和学术骨干的特质,并结合了医院原有进修教育的基础,开展以项目为主体,促进各地卫生专业技术人才培养的体系。七年来我院已经接受了访问学者184人,访问学者项目面广,进修时间长,人数呈上升趋势。访问学者和导师对目前临床管理模式普遍表示满意,认为项目对访问学者将来有帮助,但与普通进修区分度不高。我们需要充分认识访问学者作用,重视导师带教作用,对访问学者进行分层次管理,使项目不断完善。

Visiting scholar project in hospital which is from abroad ifrst combines continuing education of teachers in universities academically with medical continuing education. As projects are carrying on, doctors are trained for technique improvement and domestic health promotion. 184 visiting scholars have been studied in our hospital in the past seven years. Visiting scholar programs are complicated, needing long-time training, the number of which is rising these years. Visiting scholars and their tutors are generally satisifed with current clinical management, thinking that the project is helpful by a questionnaire last year. But there is no difference between visiting scholars’ project and ordinary education. We need to fully understand the role of visiting scholars, pay attention to tutor teaching, take hierarchical management and improve the project continually.
