目的：探讨退行性膝关节炎采用玻璃酸钠与地塞米松联合治疗临床疗效。方法选取108例退行性膝关节患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各54例，观察组第一、三周选用2mL玻璃酸钠和5mL地塞米松进行注射，第二、四、五周单独给予2mL玻璃酸钠注射，1周1次；对照组选用2mL玻璃酸钠注射，1周1次，疗程为5周。结果观察组优良率（92．59％）、总有效率（98．15％）明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论玻璃酸钠和地塞米松联合治疗退行性膝关节炎，疗效显著，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토퇴행성슬관절염채용파리산납여지새미송연합치료림상료효。방법선취108례퇴행성슬관절환자위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각54례，관찰조제일、삼주선용2mL파리산납화5mL지새미송진행주사，제이、사、오주단독급여2mL파리산납주사，1주1차；대조조선용2mL파리산납주사，1주1차，료정위5주。결과관찰조우량솔（92．59％）、총유효솔（98．15％）명현고우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론파리산납화지새미송연합치료퇴행성슬관절염，료효현저，치득림상추엄사용。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate and dexamethasone combina-tiontherapyinthedegenerativearthritisoftheknee.METHODS 108patientswithdegenerativearthritisofthe knee for the study were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 54 patients in each group.patients in the observation group were received 2mL and 5mL dexamethasone sodium hyaluronate injections at the 1st and 3rd week,received alone 2mL sodium hyaluronate injectio at the 2nd,4th,5th week,1 time in each week.Patients in the control group were received 2mL sodium hyaluronate injection,1 time in each week,treat about five weeks.RESULTS In observation group,the excellent rate was 92.59%,total efficiency was 98.15%,which were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Sodium hyaluronate and dexam-ethasone in the treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee has significant effect which,is worthy of clinical use.
