Nutrients%Neonatal pneumonia. Adjuvant therapy
目的:分析探讨补充多种营养素对于治疗新生儿肺炎的治疗效果及影响因素。方法:对两组新生儿肺炎患者均给予祛痰、雾化、摄入抗生素以及神经营养的基础治疗。给予对照组新生儿患者安慰性的口服生理盐水,给予研究组新生患儿口服溶有多种营养素的生理盐水。观察并记录对照组与研究组在接受干预后临床症状的改善情况,并且对两组新生患儿在干预前后体内维生素含量的变化情况进行对比。结果:研究组经过多种营养素干预治疗后,在气促、嘴部紫绀、呛奶以及咳嗽的持续时间均明显低于对照组患儿,研究组的VA值的增高明显优于对照组,IGM、MDA的指标数显著降低,而对照组指标无显著变化,因此,两组比较,差异明显,有统计学意义,P<O.05。结论:新生儿肺炎患儿在治疗期间补充多种营养素,可有效改善新生患儿的身体素质,有效促进新生儿肺炎的痊愈,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Analyze various nutrient supplementation for the treatment effect and influencing factors of neonatal pneumonia.Methods Give oral saline control group patients with neonatal comfort, give the team newborn children oral saline solution has a variety of nutrients. Conclusions Neonatal pneumonia during treatment in children with a variety of nutrients, which can effectively improve the body quality, effectively promote heal, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
