目的：探讨中西医结合治疗隐匿性抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将120例隐匿性抑郁症患者按2：1的比例随机分为治疗组70例和对照组50例，对照组仅用小剂量抗抑郁剂进行治疗，治疗组在使用小剂量抗抑郁剂的同时，以中药方剂逍遥丸为基本方，依据有关症状的侧重应用中医辩证随证加减治疗。结果：经疗效评定和统计学处理，治疗组明显优于对照组，两者有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论，采用中西医结合治疗隐匿性抑郁症，能明显提高对该类患者的治疗效果。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료은닉성억욱증적림상료효。방법：장120례은닉성억욱증환자안2：1적비례수궤분위치료조70례화대조조50례，대조조부용소제량항억욱제진행치료，치료조재사용소제량항억욱제적동시，이중약방제소요환위기본방，의거유관증상적측중응용중의변증수증가감치료。결과：경료효평정화통계학처리，치료조명현우우대조조，량자유현저차이(P<0.01)。결론，채용중서의결합치료은닉성억욱증，능명현제고대해류환자적치료효과。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of occult depression.Methods To 120 patients with occult depression according to the proportion of 2:1 were randomly divided into treatment group 70 cases and control group 50 cases, control group only in small doses of antidepressants treatment, treatment group at the same time of using small doses of antidepressants, in traditional Chinese medicine prescription xiaoyao pill as the basic party, according to relevant symptoms with card to add and subtract focuses on application of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment.Results The curative effect evaluation and statistical treatment, treatment group was better than control group, both have significant differences (P<0.01).Conclusions By combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of occult depression, can significantly improve the effect of treatment for these patients.
