目的:使实习护士从实习阶段建立主动参与病人就医感受的管理,强化“以病人为中心”的服务理念,提升门诊服务质量及病人满意率。方法:入科前安排实习护士全程跟随患者,通过对患者就医中8个环节进行体验,使实习护士切实感受病人就医过程的真实体会,达到强化主动服务和关注病人需求的理念和要求。结果:参与体验计划的实习护士普遍认为在明确实习目标、候诊病人管理、环境熟悉、主动关注病人需求、保护病人隐私方面均有明显的帮助。结论:基于改善患者就医感受的门诊护理实习计划的调整,体现“以病人为中心”的服务理念,有助于提高实习护士主动服务意识,增加护患沟通能力,提高病人满意率及医院整体的护理服务质量。

목적:사실습호사종실습계단건립주동삼여병인취의감수적관리,강화“이병인위중심”적복무이념,제승문진복무질량급병인만의솔。방법:입과전안배실습호사전정근수환자,통과대환자취의중8개배절진행체험,사실습호사절실감수병인취의과정적진실체회,체도강화주동복무화관주병인수구적이념화요구。결과:삼여체험계화적실습호사보편인위재명학실습목표、후진병인관리、배경숙실、주동관주병인수구、보호병인은사방면균유명현적방조。결론:기우개선환자취의감수적문진호리실습계화적조정,체현“이병인위중심”적복무이념,유조우제고실습호사주동복무의식,증가호환구통능력,제고병인만의솔급의원정체적호리복무질량。
Objective Make trainee nurses from the internship stage is built actively take part in the management of the patient feeling, strengthen the "patient-centered" service concept.Methods Arrange intern nurse to follow patients all the way, through the study of the experience of eight link in patients hospitalized, make student nurse to feel the real experience of patient treatment process.Results Involved in planning internship experience nurses is generally believed that worked as an intern in a clear goal, waiting patient management, take the initiative to focus on patient demand, to protect patient privacy, etc all have significant help.Conclusions"Patient-centered" service concept, to improve student nurse initiative service consciousness, increase communication skills nurses and patients, improve patient satisfaction and quality of nursing service.
