目的:分析牙齿修复的临床效果以及远期效果。方法:将300例患者分为下述几组,A组:EB复合树脂覆盖;B组:塑料贴面;C组:光固化树脂覆盖成型;D组:金属烤瓷冠修复;E组:釉质瓷贴面及冠修复;F组:全瓷贴面。根据患者的修复时间分为两组进行统计,即近期组与远期组。近期组为修复后2.5(±1)年;远期组为修复后超过10年者。对近、远期效果予以分析,同时对差异化方法修复的失败病例予以统计。结果:树脂类的修复效果和修复时间存在相关性,而总有效率随时间推移而减少;釉质瓷类、金属烤瓷冠与全瓷贴面的修复效果和修复时间没有明显相关性;差异化材料的修复效果也存在显著差异。结论:全瓷贴面修复,可以较少的磨除牙体组织,外观自然、色泽持久、不易磨损,有较高的远期保存率,是现阶段国内外牙齿修复的主要材料。

목적:분석아치수복적림상효과이급원기효과。방법:장300례환자분위하술궤조,A조:EB복합수지복개;B조:소료첩면;C조:광고화수지복개성형;D조:금속고자관수복;E조:유질자첩면급관수복;F조:전자첩면。근거환자적수복시간분위량조진행통계,즉근기조여원기조。근기조위수복후2.5(±1)년;원기조위수복후초과10년자。대근、원기효과여이분석,동시대차이화방법수복적실패병례여이통계。결과:수지류적수복효과화수복시간존재상관성,이총유효솔수시간추이이감소;유질자류、금속고자관여전자첩면적수복효과화수복시간몰유명현상관성;차이화재료적수복효과야존재현저차이。결론:전자첩면수복,가이교소적마제아체조직,외관자연、색택지구、불역마손,유교고적원기보존솔,시현계단국내외아치수복적주요재료。
ObjectiveAnalysis of tooth repair clinical effect and long-term effect.Methods300 patients were divided into the following groups, group A: EB composite resin cover; Group B: plastic stick and; Group C: uv-curable resin cover molding; Group D: ceramometal crown restoration; Group E: enamel porcelain veneers JiGuan repair; Group F: all porcelain veneers. According to time to repair is divided into two groups of patients, the recent and forward group.Results Resin type of repair effect and the repair time correlation, and the total effective rate decrease with time; Enamel porcelain, metal porcelain crowns with full porcelain cover the repair effect and the repair time; there was no significant correlation Differentiation material repair effect is also significant differences. Conclusions All porcelain cover repair, can be less grinding except tooth tissues, beautiful nature is the main material of dental restoration at home and abroad at present stage.
