目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入辅助治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:64例感染性肺炎随机分成治疗组和对照组各32例,两组在应用抗感染、吸痰、吸氧等综合治疗的基础上,治疗组给予盐酸氨溴索10㎎/次电驱动压缩雾化吸入,每12h一次。比较两组患儿治疗后的血气指标、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间。结果:治疗组血气指标恢复正常时间(3.1±1.4)d、肺部啰音消失时间(6.2±2.3)d、住院时间(9.5±3.2)d,与对照组的(5.1±1.8)d、(9.2±3.1)d、(11.0±4.6)d比较有明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率60.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入辅助治疗新生儿感染性肺炎具有良好的临床疗效与安全性。

목적:탐토염산안추색무화흡입보조치료신생인감염성폐염적림상료효。방법:64례감염성폐염수궤분성치료조화대조조각32례,량조재응용항감염、흡담、흡양등종합치료적기출상,치료조급여염산안추색10㎎/차전구동압축무화흡입,매12h일차。비교량조환인치료후적혈기지표、폐부라음소실시간급주원시간。결과:치료조혈기지표회복정상시간(3.1±1.4)d、폐부라음소실시간(6.2±2.3)d、주원시간(9.5±3.2)d,여대조조적(5.1±1.8)d、(9.2±3.1)d、(11.0±4.6)d비교유명현개선,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01);치료조총유효솔87.5%,대조조총유효솔60.0%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:염산안추색무화흡입보조치료신생인감염성폐염구유량호적림상료효여안전성。
Objective To observe the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride supporting in treatment of neonatal pneumonia .Methods 80 cases of neonatal pneumonia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 40 patients in each group. Both groups were given anti-infection ,sputum suction ,oxygen therapy. Additionally, the treatment group were given inhalation ambroxol hydrochloride 10㎎,each time, twice a day. The indexes of blood gas analysis, length of oxygen therapy,relief time of pulmonary rale , length of hospital stay of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results The recovery time of blood gases parameters(3.1±1.4.)days, the relief time of pulmonary rale(6.2±2.3)days,and the length of hospital stay(9.5±3.2)days of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (5.1±1.8)days,(9.2±3.1)days,(11.0±4.6)days(P<0.01). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, while that of the control group was 60.0%. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Inhalation ambroxol hydrochloride is safe and valid adjunctive therapy in treatment of neonatal pneumonia.
