In this paper, by integrating literature, to nurse the influence factors of organizational citizenship behavior were reviewed, summarized the significance of hospital nurses organizational citizenship behavior as well as the measurement, this paper expounds the nurses organizational citizenship behavior of the mechanism, influencing factors and provide favorable basis and reference for nursing implementation.
