目的：探讨超声诊断甲状腺微小乳头状癌诊断的体会。方法：将2013年12月-2014年12月在我院肿瘤科治疗的40例甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者作为观察组，将同期40例甲状腺良性结节患者作为对照组，比较两组患者的彩色多普勒超声征象，观察其形态及内部回声情况。结果：观察组在形态、边界、回声、声晕、囊性变、微小钙化、血流等均与对照组有显著差异（P＜0.05）；观察组彩色多普勒诊断结果与病理诊断结果相符率高达90%。结论：彩色多普勒超声对于甲状腺微小乳头状癌的早期诊断具有重要价值，能够提高早期诊断率，为临床治疗提供依据。
目的：探討超聲診斷甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌診斷的體會。方法：將2013年12月-2014年12月在我院腫瘤科治療的40例甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌患者作為觀察組，將同期40例甲狀腺良性結節患者作為對照組，比較兩組患者的綵色多普勒超聲徵象，觀察其形態及內部迴聲情況。結果：觀察組在形態、邊界、迴聲、聲暈、囊性變、微小鈣化、血流等均與對照組有顯著差異（P＜0.05）；觀察組綵色多普勒診斷結果與病理診斷結果相符率高達90%。結論：綵色多普勒超聲對于甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌的早期診斷具有重要價值，能夠提高早期診斷率，為臨床治療提供依據。
목적：탐토초성진단갑상선미소유두상암진단적체회。방법：장2013년12월-2014년12월재아원종류과치료적40례갑상선미소유두상암환자작위관찰조，장동기40례갑상선량성결절환자작위대조조，비교량조환자적채색다보륵초성정상，관찰기형태급내부회성정황。결과：관찰조재형태、변계、회성、성훈、낭성변、미소개화、혈류등균여대조조유현저차이（P＜0.05）；관찰조채색다보륵진단결과여병리진단결과상부솔고체90%。결론：채색다보륵초성대우갑상선미소유두상암적조기진단구유중요개치，능구제고조기진단솔，위림상치료제공의거。
ObjectiveTo explore the ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma diagnosis.Methods December 2013 - December 2014 in our hospital oncology treatment of 40 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma patients as observation group, in the same period 40 patients with benign thyroid nodules were as control group, compared two groups of color doppler ultrasound in patients with signs, observe its morphology and internal echo. Results Observation group in shape, boundary, echo, acoustic halo, cystic change, the tiny calcification, blood flow and the control group there were significant differences (P< 0.05); Observation group of color doppler in the diagnosis of the results are in conformity with the pathological diagnosis rate is as high as 90%.Conclusions Color doppler ultrasound for the early diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma has important value, can improve the early diagnostic rate, provide the basis for clinical treatment.
