目的：探讨首发症状不典型狂犬病患者在急诊的救治。方法：对我院2010年7月至2013年7月急诊科诊断收治7例狂犬病患者的临床资料总结分析。结果：7例患者早期首发症状既有相似表现，又各有不同，随着病情发展可出现典型狂犬病临床表现，患者均于发病7天内死亡。结论：急诊科医生应提高对狂犬病的识别能力，尽早对狂犬病患者作出诊断，以及做好积极的抢救措施。

목적：탐토수발증상불전형광견병환자재급진적구치。방법：대아원2010년7월지2013년7월급진과진단수치7례광견병환자적림상자료총결분석。결과：7례환자조기수발증상기유상사표현，우각유불동，수착병정발전가출현전형광견병림상표현，환자균우발병7천내사망。결론：급진과의생응제고대광견병적식별능력，진조대광견병환자작출진단，이급주호적겁적창구조시。
