目的：探究药物流产与人工流产的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年5月—2014年11月在我院资源流产的188例孕妇为研究对象，依据流产方式不同，将其分为实验组和对照组，实验组患者接受人工流产，对照组患者接受药物流产，分析比较两组流产孕妇的各项临床资料。结果：实验组孕妇术后出血天数、出血量、术后腹痛发生率、二次清宫率、流产成功率均明显优于对照组，且两组间的差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组流产成功率（100%）明显高于对照组（85.11%），表明实验组的流产效果优于对照组。结论：相比于药物流产，人工流产的临床效果更佳，值得推广使用。
목적：탐구약물유산여인공유산적림상료효。방법：선취2012년5월—2014년11월재아원자원유산적188례잉부위연구대상，의거유산방식불동，장기분위실험조화대조조，실험조환자접수인공유산，대조조환자접수약물유산，분석비교량조유산잉부적각항림상자료。결과：실험조잉부술후출혈천수、출혈량、술후복통발생솔、이차청궁솔、유산성공솔균명현우우대조조，차량조간적차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；실험조유산성공솔（100%）명현고우대조조（85.11%），표명실험조적유산효과우우대조조。결론：상비우약물유산，인공유산적림상효과경가，치득추엄사용。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of drug abortion and artificial abortion.Methods In May 2012 - November 2014 in our hospital resources of miscarriage, 188 cases of pregnant women as the research object, on the basis of abortion in a different way, it can be divided into the experimental group and control group, experimental group patients undergoing artificial abortion, control group patients received medical abortion, compared two groups of abortion of pregnant women in all kinds of clinical data.Results Experimental days pregnant women postoperative bleeding, blood loss, incidence of postoperative abdominal pain, quadratic rate of qing, abortion success rate were significantly better than the control group, and the differences between the two groups have statistical significance (P < 0.05); Experimental abortion success rate (100%) is significantly higher than the control group (85.11%), showed that the experimental group of abortion is better than the control group.Conclusions: Compared to the drug abortion, abortion better clinical effect, worthy of promotion of use.
