目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析58例腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者的临床资料。结果：58例患者中顺利完成手术54例，中转开腹4例，术后无一例严重并发症的发生，均痊愈出院。结论：对急性阑尾炎患者采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗，减少了术中出血量，能够缩短手术时间及住院时间，效果满意。

목적：탐토복강경치료급성란미염적림상료효。방법：회고성분석58례복강경하란미절제술환자적림상자료。결과：58례환자중순리완성수술54례，중전개복4례，술후무일례엄중병발증적발생，균전유출원。결론：대급성란미염환자채용복강경란미절제술치료，감소료술중출혈량，능구축단수술시간급주원시간，효과만의。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 58 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy.Results 58 patients were successfully completed surgery in 54 cases, 4 cases of transfer laparotomy, no serious postoperative complications, hospital were recovered.Conclusions Treated by laparoscopic appendectomy in patients with acute appendicitis, reduced the intraoperative blood loss, can shorten the operation time and hospital stay, effect is satisfactory.
