目的：应用限定日剂量法制定不同科室抗菌药物控制指标以便促进抗菌药物临床应用管理责任制层层落实。方法以本院各科室住院患者抗菌药物使用数据为研究对象，对使用率、使用强度、使用强度／使用率等指标进行分析，根据各科室专业特点，制定使用强度／使用率推荐值。结果使用强度／使用率兼顾了剂量和疗程两大用药合理性评价要素，更敏感地反映了用药患者的使用情况，与总体使用强度相比更适于制定科室层面控制指标。结论使用强度／使用率指标具有很大的实际应用价值，可为医疗机构抗菌药物临床应用管理提供参考。
목적：응용한정일제량법제정불동과실항균약물공제지표이편촉진항균약물림상응용관리책임제층층락실。방법이본원각과실주원환자항균약물사용수거위연구대상，대사용솔、사용강도、사용강도／사용솔등지표진행분석，근거각과실전업특점，제정사용강도／사용솔추천치。결과사용강도／사용솔겸고료제량화료정량대용약합이성평개요소，경민감지반영료용약환자적사용정황，여총체사용강도상비경괄우제정과실층면공제지표。결론사용강도／사용솔지표구유흔대적실제응용개치，가위의료궤구항균약물림상응용관리제공삼고。
Objective To identify the antibacterial drug control indicators by using the defined daily dose ( DDD) method in different clinical de-partments which could improve the antibacterial drug usage .Methods The antibacterial drug usage data was retrospectively reviewed and ana-lyzed in the clinical departments of the Fujian Medical University .The usage rate , usage intensity , usage rate/usage intensity and et al indica-tors were analyzed.And according to the indicators above , the antibacte-rial drug usage were recommended in the different clinical departments . Results Usage intensity/usage rate indicator was good in the evaluation of the dosage and course in the clinical departments which could exactly reflect the antibacterial drug usage situation .And compared with the in-dicator of general usage intensity , the usage intensity/usage rate indicator was more suitable to indicate the antibacterial drug usage quality . Conclusion Usage intensity/usage rate indicator was suitable for evalua-tion the clinical antibacterial drug usage situation which could provide use -ful information for the department of health provider of the government .
