目的：分析探讨回收式自体输血技术在脊柱外科手术中应用的体会。方法：选择术中可能出血较多脊柱外科常规手术的30例患者术中使用自体血回输仪。术后将处理后的浓缩红细胞回输给患者。结果：本组所有病例顺利完成了自体血液回收，生命体征平稳，无输血反应，无感染等并发症。平均每例患者自体血液回输（240±160）ml，共回收自体血液5590ml。结论：术中回收式自体血液方便安全，既解决了血源短缺问题，又可避免输入异体血而引起的输血反应及引发感染病的可能性，是安全有效的血液回输技术。
