目的：探讨中西结合治疗对颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)合并斑块的影响。方法：将60例CAS患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和西药对照组(28例)，治疗6个月后，观察两组血脂及颈动脉内膜厚度的变化。结果：与治疗前比较，治疗组血脂明显下降，颈动脉内膜厚度明显变薄，差异有显著性(P<0.05)；对照组除血脂外，颈动脉内膜厚度比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论：中西结合治疗CAS合并斑块疗效好，且无不良反应，是治疗CAS合并斑块的有效方法。
목적：탐토중서결합치료대경동맥죽양경화(CAS)합병반괴적영향。방법：장60례CAS환자수궤분위치료조(32례)화서약대조조(28례)，치료6개월후，관찰량조혈지급경동맥내막후도적변화。결과：여치료전비교，치료조혈지명현하강，경동맥내막후도명현변박，차이유현저성(P<0.05)；대조조제혈지외，경동맥내막후도비교차이무현저성(P>0.05)。결론：중서결합치료CAS합병반괴료효호，차무불량반응，시치료CAS합병반괴적유효방법。
Objective Chinese and western combined with treatment of carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) merge patches. Methods60 patients with CAS were randomly divided into treatment group (32 cases) and western medicine control group (28 cases), 6 months after treatment, observation of two groups of blood lipid and carotid intima thickness changes. Results Compared with before treatment, treatment group blood lipid decreased obviously, carotid intima thickness thinning obviously, there are significant difference (P<0. 05); The control group in addition to the blood fat, there was no significant difference comparing carotid intima thickness (P>0.05).Conclusions Combined therapy of Chinese and western CAS merge patches good curative effect, and no adverse reaction, is an effective method for treatment of CAS merge patches.
